Saturdate: BonChon Chicken
It’s Saturday! What I missed during the good ol’days is going
to the mall during weekend with P. Saturday is the day for us to catch up on
everything about our lives. If we are not shopping, we are eating. Ha-ha. That’s
how we date. Oftentimes, we just hang out on our favorite coffee shops like
CBTL and Seattles Best to enjoy our favorite drinks and cheesecakes while
having a good laugh on every story that we share. Or we are sipping our
favorite Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese of Happy Lemon, that’s my normal
life before attending blogger events. I am happy now that little by little, I
am back to my normal life. And today, I have started again the normal routine.
P and I went to SM Megamall because I need to pay my credit card bill and he will
buy a battery for his Dad’s cam. After that we looked for a restaurant for us
to pig out on a sumptuous food. We decided to eat at BonChon Chicken.
We’ve been eating at BonChon Chicken for several times but
it was our first time to eat at BonChon Chicken SM Megamall branch because most
of the time we dine at BonChon Ayala Triangle branch or BonChon Promenade, Greenhills
branch. What we ordered were ChapChae, Kimchi and of course the BonChon
Chicken. I love the BonChon chicken a lot. It was so flavorful so you don’t
need to dip it on a sauce. Well, BonChon Chicken is known for that! Chapchae
was my next favorite while P loves the Kimchi.
My verdict: The chicken was really tasty and according to P’s
7-yrs old nephew, the chicken was more delicious than the color red known fast
food for kids (Jollibee). Meanwhile, I can even eat just the chicken alone. I
will come back for sure to eat and taste other meals that they offer. As I see
on their list of menus, they are offering new dishes. However, the service was
too slow. It took almost 30mins to have our foods served but the staffs were so
friendly though.
